Yoga Practices for Constipation

 Constipation is a common health problem that affects people of all ages. Start on your hands and knees with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. As you inhale, arch your back and lift your head and tailbone towards the ceiling. Sit in a comfortable position and place your left hand on your left knee. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and inhale through your left nostril. Then use your ring finger to close your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril. Inhale through your right nostril, then switch fingers to exhale through your left nostril. Repeat for several rounds.
